What subscription is my best option?

I also have been put on hold for hours as well. I needed advice on what Is my best option for our subcommittee’s finances which are offline.We have our senior association’s finances which we are registered for gst and have an employee and are online. However our jnr subcommitte is not registered for gst, has no employees and runs for 6 months so for their finances we have had a separate set offline.  With the offline no longer available, I wanted to know what is the best option for our jnr subcommittee now.  I have rung MYOB many times, but keep getting left on hold, have tried the help and asked for someone to chat with me but was told that they would be with me soon, but after an hour I gave up.  Not sure what is our best option in this situation, any help would appreciated. We use accounting right.

    Thanks for sharing the full picture of the file you are trying to set up.

     

    Because AccountRight offline files are being phased out, the best option is usually to move that separate subcommittee file online if you still need to work in it. If that file already has an active subscription, there’s no extra cost to move it online. If it doesn’t, you’d need to look at getting a subscription for that file. If you only need a short-term stopgap, Server Edition can keep it offline for now, but it isn’t the long-term option.
