    Hi wainess

Thanks for sharing all that detail and the logs, that’s really helpful.

It looks like the server isn’t hanging on to the updated Server Edition properly. The next thing I’d try is:

    • Completely remove all old MYOB AccountRight Server Edition installs and services on the server
    • Then reinstall the latest AccountRight Server Edition again

If Server Edition still installs and then removes itself straight away, that usually points to something deeper on the Windows side,  often a .NET or security/permissions issue. In that case, it’s worth:

    • Running a .NET repair, and/or
    • Making sure Windows Server 2019 is fully patched before trying the SE install again

If you’re still seeing the same behaviour in the logs after doing all of that, the best move is to get our support team to take a closer look:

    • Log a support ticket from the My Account window, or
    • Jump on live chat with our virtual assistant MOCA.

Have your latest logs handy when you contact them – that’ll speed things up a lot.

    Regards,
