MYB Accountright Plus Does not roll over new FY 2026

I have a trouble where MYOB  does not roll over the  new year 2027.Although, I did make back up and closed the FY 2025. I also did clear cache as MYOB advice below, but the system won't roll to the new year 2027

FYI , I did try the below instruction from MYOB but it does NOT HELP

There steps below has been done but NO GOOD

Clear Your AccountRight Cache [1]

If the year refuses to update even after running the assistant, a corrupted local cache may be freezing the file display: [1]

Close MYOB AccountRight.

Press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.

Type %localappdata%\MYOB\AccountRight and press Enter.

Double-click the folder matching your software version (e.g., Current).

Open the Cache folder and delete all files inside it.

Reopen MYOB and check the financial year again. [1, 2, 3, 4]
