MYOB Job Code Report Issue

We have different job projects, and I am using the Reports → Job Code function to generate reports for each job.

However, I noticed that I can only generate reports for the current quarter. Even when I select an earlier date range, the previous transactions are not showing.

Could this be because the previous periods have been locked?

    Hi JinhuiQU,

    Thanks for sharing those details. Yes, it’s possible the missing data is due to the previous period being locked. You can temporarily unlock the period (and its transactions) via Setup > Preferences > Security, make your changes, then turn the lock back on. Lock a period

    You can also try setting the report date range from the start of your financial year to today, then re-run the report for the same job to see if those earlier quarters appear.
