unable to access to ENTITLEMENTS BALANCE DETAIL reports for FY2021&2022

Hi Team,   I found that I can only see the ENTITLEMENTS BALANCE DETAIL reports for FY2023 and FY 2024. How to download ENTITLEMENTS BALANCE DETAIL reports for FY2021 and FY2022?   Regards,   Ei...

Welcome to the Community Forum! It's great to have you join us!

 

I see you're interested in accessing the entitlement balance report for FY 2021 and 2022. Not to worry at all! I'm here to assist you. In AccountRight, reports for the current and previous financial years are usually available. To view reports for FY2021 and FY2022, you'll need to restore a backup of your company file from those specific financial years. Once the backup is restored, you'll be able to generate the entitlement balance detail reports for those years.
