Logged on the Bank feeds today (21/10/19) but balances as at Thursday 17/10/19 shown. No transactions for Friday or Saturday. Is this an issue anyone else is having?

We did receive the necessary information from NAB late afternoon yesterday (21/10/2019 ) to process those transactions. As such those transactions should be available for collection, if not already collected into the company file.
Can bank feeds really not be working again?

We are aware of a delay with NAB bank feeds due to an error with the file we have received from the Bank as such we are not able to deliver those transactions at present. We are working with the bank to ensure that we do have the necessary file so we can provide those transactions as soon as possible.
