Bank feeds not processed and not working

Hi, 

I requested a total of 6 bank feeds for to be set up in the 3 subscriptions that we have. See attached. 

 

It's been for over 1 week and they are still under processing. 

Could anyone advise what's going on there please?

    The "Processing Application" status means that the bank feed application has been sent to the bank for processing. No action is required from you.

    If it's still showing as "Process Application" after 10 business days, reach out to us by raising a case on your My Account or get in touch with us on Live Chat and we can take a deeper look into it for you. More information on Bank Feed status' can be found on this page.
