Customer BPAY payment

Question

I’ve had a customer pay their online balance via BPAY - first time I have had this type of payment.
i have not received an receipt from MyOb to say payment has been made and also funds have not cleared and invoice is still outstanding. The client sent screenshot, numbers all match - so what is the deal?

Hi WCBUSPART , have you received a receipt of this BPAY payment and have the funds cleared yet? If you're using Online Invoice Payments, you should get an email notification about the payment (and the payee also receives an email confirming that they've paid). Also, if you're using bank feeds, the payment should be automatically matched in AccountRight.
