Hi guys, We have just been upgraded to the new Buisness payroll, and when I download the bank file, the CSV does not have the comma's in as it used to do, and as such the bank file would not upl...

Sending articals that do not match the software we use is super unhelpful & frustrating.
The downloaded bank file is not a true CSV, as sent in many screenshots to the team since the upgrade.
Surely it cannot be hard for your reps to see the information does not match the same layout as before and that the CSV file is missing the cruitial part... the commas!

Kindly confirm which bank you are using. Also, did you receive any error messages when you tried to upload the bank file? If you can also take a screenshot of the bank file you've downloaded. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.

No the issue is still the same, and I simply cannot spend 4 hours on hold trying to get through to the call centre.
In the new year, please schedule a time where I can SHOW an experienced advisor the issues and for them to bee able to actually help! My previous screenshots via emails have not been understood.
