Westpac CC - Bank feeds not working

Please check Missing bank feed transactions for steps to refresh the feed and check its status. Thanks for your reply - I have already completed the above steps.

I spoke to someone on live chat last week and they advised of the delay between Westpac and MYOB.

I also did submit a case via My Account but it has been closed out even though the issue has not been rectified... 

I am just hoping to get an update on when the issue will be fixed as its not listed on the status page..

I’ve had the same issue since 23rd July. I even cancelled bank feed and re instated it. They also closed my request which made me cross. Pay $165 a month and this is the way they support us.

i need this sorted 

This is an issue that myob needs to sort as mine is also not working since the 23rd

Bank feeds are still not working for the westpac CC - it is going on 3 weeks now - is there another update on when this will be fixed? 

I was on hold for 3 hours to myob and no fix

Thanks for following up. We haven’t seen any current delays with Westpac bank feeds. If there are any wider issues, we’ll usually post updates on our Bank feed updates board or the Status Hub. That said, three weeks is longer than expected, so this will need a closer look. The best next step is to create a case through My Account or call our team directly. They’ll be able to confirm your bank feed details and investigate what’s happening on the backend.

STARTING TO REALLY ANNOY ME. i WAS ON PHONE TO YOU GUYS FOR OVER 3 HOURS. YOU GUYS COULDNT FIX IT. YOU HAPPILY TAKE THE MONEY EACH MONTH FOR A PROGRAM THAT DOESNT WORK. WHENEVER I PUT A REQUEST IN YOU GUYS ALSO CLOSE THEM OFF. SO NOW GIVE MY SELF AND OTHERS WITH SAME PROBLEM A RESPONSE. I WANT IT FIXED!

They close requests off. It's still not fixed and they say the same rubbish.
