Duplicate Imports
Good Afternoon,
Our online ordering platform Fresho uses a program called featureIT to import invoices into our MYOB Account Right.
Unfortunately on 16/5/24 & 17/5/24 there must have been an error with MYOB and over 10 duplicates of each invoice for majority of our customers (hundreds!!) has been imported into MYOB.
We contacted support at Fresho and FeatureIT and they have looked into this problem and have told us to redirect it to your support team as it appears to be an issue on MYOB end.
Can you please advise if there is a simple way to now have to delete these duplicates from each customers as there are thousands or if someone from the MYOB team can fix this for us.
As we honestly dont really have time to go through each customer and indivually delete duplicate imported invoices.
