Thanks a heap for the screenshots! Error 14 usually pops up when AccountRight can’t match the account number coming in from the import file. Quick fix is often just sorting the formatting in Excel and making sure the numbers line up. Make sure your import file actually has the account number and nothing’s missing Excel can be a bit cheeky and turn 1-1000 into 11000, then AccountRight won’t recognise it. If the account numbers are indeed the same and it's still giving you the error, give our live chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
