Thanks for running through how you’re exporting and importing from both the desktop and the browser.
That “Error 4077 – You have sales for this item” is usually caused by an issue with the price levels in the background. I’ve run a repair script over the file linked to this email address, so please close and reopen AccountRight, then try your import again. The error should now be cleared.
If you’re still seeing the error after that, the next step is to get in touch with our support team so we can dig in further. You can:
