I've purchased the subscriptions and uploaded files, but wont open. Have tried to contact support over the last week and got told they were busy call back another time. Now in Priority queue, Over and hour and they have closed

Hi AliW , if the subscriptions you purchased are for AccountRight then you can wait for tonights release of 2026.5 and then follow the improvements announcement last night here
We are putting in multiple improvements so that you will be able to solve any issues you might be encountering, without needing to contact MYOB.
