We have 3 offline company files, as we have closed 2 and there's only one left. I have just bought a subscription today and want to change the serial number to move it online, but it said we have reached the maximum number of company files activated. Could anyone help me with this? Thanks.

Thanks for explaining what you are trying to do with your file. Since you've already closed 2 of the offline files and only need to move the remaining one online(while changing the serial number), this looks like the file will need a serial number removal first so it can be moved onto the new subscription serial number.
