Transitioning offline to online after close date

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like a new online file may have been created, rather than uploading the original offline file, which is why none of the historical information has come across. A brand new online file won’t automatically bring your old data with it. If you’re still able to locate the original offline file, you should be able to upload that file online instead. How do I do that?
