App won't let me log in

App won't let me log in and keeps refreshing log in page. Has done this on multiple occasions in the past and is quite frustrating as I have a back log of invoices i need to send. Literally haven't been able to log into the app for 3 days.

    We're still investigating reports of sign in issues like the one you've described here in the Forum, I'm just checking in to see how you got along with testing an alternate web browser?

     

    If you're still having issues with the login, tap on the "Help signing in" button at the bottom of the Solo login screen, then the purple bubble that appears at the bottom right of the page. You'll be connected directly with me and my team, and we can continue deeper troubleshooting from there 🤝

    We're beginning to track down what may have gone on here, as it sounds similar to a sign in issue being reporting by a small number of our other Solmates. 

     

    We believe the issue occurs somewhere in the handoff between the Solo app, and the webpage used to sign in (where you put in your email and password). Can we ask what the default browser set on your device is? Our hope is that if a different default browser works, it'll give us more information to learn where the issue is going on in the system.

    We recommend Firefox as a common alternative to install, depending on what's already come with your device. Let us know how you go, but we'll be hard at work continuing our investigations! 🙌

  • Hey there InfiniteOrg​ - we'd love to get you back into Solo as soon as we can! 

     

    We haven't had any prior reports of login issues today, but we'd love to dig into this for you a little further. Can I confirm if you're on the most recent version of Solo, and there's no pending updates in your device's respective app store (App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android)?

     

    It sounds like you're not getting a specific error message, but rather that the app refreshes and doesn't progress past the login page? I'll raise this with my teammates to see if we can uncover some error messages happening on the backend, and what we can do to unblock you. ☺️
