Thanks for flagging that. Can you check that you’ve selected a reply-to email address in your settings?
You can find this by going to:More > Invoice Settings > Invoice Email
Then make sure a reply-to email address has been set.
If everything looks good but it’s still not working, can you create a ticket with us so we can take a closer look?
You can do this from within the app by going to: More > Digital Assistance
