'Banking Hub Broken

When I click on "Banking>Banking Hub" I get the Error "Something Went wrong...." See attachment.

 

Tried it on different computers using the same account and different browsers but the same error appears.

    Hi SGL,

     

    No current issues similar to yours have been reported. I suggest using a different user access to determine if the issue is related to your specific user access. If the problem persists after changing your user ID, please reach out to support for further troubleshooting. You can contact support via the MyAccount window or live chat on MOCA.

    • I also have this problem, I am trying to add another bank account, but when Banking hub is selected it gives me the same error message as described in previous post

      Hi times7072,

       

      There haven't been any issues reported about accessing the Banking Hub today, except for the bank feed delay. We tested it on our end, and it's working fine. I suggest clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if that helps. 

       

      If the error keeps popping up and all users of the file are experiencing the same error, you'll need to reach out to our support team on live chat via the virtual assistant MOCA or submit a support ticket via MyAccount for more assistance.

        I have spoken with a live assistant

        I have cleared cache and history

        I have tried different browsers 

        I have tried different devices

        i have disabled firewall

        I have updated browsers

        none of these have worked, now trying to get back to a live assistant
