Ive been using myob online payments for a while
I thought the point here was the online payments would pay off the invoice in the bank feed
I dont know what invoice is being paid when I see the bank feed because there is no invoice reference
Is this the way it's supposed to work?
I rang tech support
He was no help at all. Fobbed me off to another team. More no help.

Invoices that have been should have invoice reference number. The trick here is to pull an Online Invoice Payments (OIP) report inside MYOB, which’ll show you all the nitty-gritty details of each payment, including exactly which invoices were paid and when, so you can cross-check those with your bank feed and finally put your detective hat away.
