BEWARE: DO NOT TRY TO USE THEIR FREE TRIAL. It's been almost 20 days trying to cancel my subscription!

I live overseas and tried MYOB free trial. Trying to cancel it day before but the problem I need to call the number in which almost impossible since I live overseas. They charged me then trying to request cancellation and refund. I tried 6th time talking to the live agent my situation and they promise me tomorrow, tomorrow. Today, it is almost 20th day trying to cancel the subscription, and the cancellation and refund are still ongoing. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SOFTWARE, THEY ARE THIRSTY ON SUBSCRIPTION AND WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN JUST TO PREVENT YOU FROM CANCELLING AND CHARGE YOU. BEWARE, PLEASE BEWARE!

    I’m sorry for how frustrating and drawn out this has been, especially with the trouble of trying to cancel while you’re overseas. I checked your case and can confirm that your cancellation has already been processed. Your subscription will officially end on 27 July 2026, and we’ve also sent you an email with those details. As for your refund request, it’s already in the correct queue with the team handling it. We’re currently working through a backlog, but someone will review and assist with your refund as soon as an agent becomes available. Thanks for your patience.
