Cancel my account

Hi,

I would like to cancel my account with you.  I live in Japan and I closed down my business in Australia over a year and a half ago.  I have tried calling the support desk many times and have requested callbacks but have never receved a call back.

International mobile phone calls are not cheap and having to wait on the phone for over an hour on an international mobile costs a lot of money.  Please could you shut down my account or let me know how I can do so.

    Hi cancellation_rq

     

    Sounds like the subscription’s been ticking along for a while without anyone actually using it.

    If calling isn’t an option, you can either log a support ticket from the My Account window or jump onto our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.

     

    If you already have access to My Account > Manage subscription, you can also cancel the subscription yourself from there.
