I have checked an the customer is receiving the invoices which is good news.
But I am having trouble receiving a copy of the invoices to my company email address.
I have double checked email address and it is 100% correct.
I have also tried CC the email to my company address with no success.
I have also tried by checking the "Email Me A Copy" box with no success.
I have checked the cache for outlook and it is fine.
When I add my personal email address it works.
It is very strange that its not sending to the company
