RE: Uh oh the numbers don't add up

I'm getting the Uh Oh Numbers don't add up message when I try to log into MYOB on my desktop Mac. I've cleared the cache and tried again - same result.  The message it gave me is attached.

I have just successfully logged into Myob on my laptop (also a Mac).

Why can't i log in on my desktop??

  • Not sure whats changed but I can now log in on desktop also.

      Hi jo_exp,

Thank you for the update. I'm glad to hear that you're now able to log in on your desktop. I'll now be closing this issue as resolved. If you encounter any further issues, please don't hesitate to create a new post again.

      Cheers,

      Princess

      Hi harrick,

The issue you're encountering seems to be related to the security settings within the Windows Internet Options on your computer. These settings may be preventing the download of required cookies needed to sign in to your company file. To resolve this:

Add MYOB.COM as an allowed site so cookies will save.

      • Press the Windows key on your keyboard.

      • Type in Control Panel and open it.

      • Click Internet Options (if there is no Internet Options selection available, click Category at the top-right and change it to Small icons or Large icons).

      • Open the Privacy tab.

      • Click Sites.

      • Add MYOB.com under the Address of website field.

      • Click Allow.

      .

      Regards,

      Sai
