Hey there TASQld 👋
You've come to the right spot for all things Solo by MYOB, we'd certainly be keen on taking a deeper look at this further! When you've got a moment, head to "More" and then "Chat with us" in the Solo app to raise a case with me and my team. We may need to request some more specific details about what you're entering in the app in order to fully investigate the errors presented.
Likewise, if you're not a user of Solo but rather a different MYOB product (like Business Lite), please let me know and we'll get you connected with the relevant teammates ☺️

Hello,
Has this been resolved for you?
I am having the same error come up, out of all out MYOB users in the company its only my log in that is unable to send an invoice via MYOB.
Thanks :)

Hi Elesha7,
The "remove any HTML code" message is actually a built-in security step on our end, just to keep customers safe from dodgy links or sneaky malicious content. Best way around it is to make sure your email content's all plain text. No images, colours, links or tables. Easiest trick is to copy what you've written into Notepad (or any plain text editor), then copy it back into the email message field in MYOB. That'll strip out any hidden formatting that might be sneaking in.
If you've done that and it's still being a pain, no worries, jump on our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA, or submit a case via My Account and the team can double-check what's going on for you.
Cheers,Shella
