View Latest Insights - how do I get it off Dashboard

Thanks, Amanda. I realise I don't have to use it, but as a user I'm all for all Dashboard items being options you can have showing or not showing - keep the ones you really utilise, turn off the ones that aren't at all useful.

And given that the Insights can't be relied on to be accurate, as MYOB acknowledges, I'm even less interested.

Given that it's in beta stage still, fingers crossed it may become optional!

Thanks for your feedback. This feature is currently in beta and there isn’t an option to disable AI Business Insights at the moment. If you’d prefer not to use it, you can disregard the View Latest Insights banner, and it won’t impact your ability to use the product. All your reports and data will continue to function as normal. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific concerns about how the summaries are displayed, we're here to help!

AI Business Insights doesn’t change how your existing dashboard works. What you are seeing now is simply an entry point into the AI experience, not a component of the MYOB dashboard. The feature is in beta, so both this entry point and the experience may change over time as we refine it based on customer feedback. 

On accuracy, it’s considered best practice to acknowledge that AI can make mistakes. This is in line with the principles for responsible AI set-out in the Australian Government Guidance for AI Adoption, which MYOB’s AI Features are aligned to. This disclosure regarding accuracy doesn’t mean we’re relaxed about accuracy or that MYOB AI Insights are regularly inaccurate. For example, our AI products have guardrails and evaluation measures in place that support the accuracy and safety of generated outputs. Our approach to evaluations also enables us to constantly improve on both fronts as we progress through Beta testing. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback with us!

Sorry to jump onto your comment Suzanne but I found it when trying to get rid of the option myself.  I don't want it on my dashboard and it has moved everything that I used to be able to view instantly, down the page and now I have to scroll.  

MYOB please don't use 'opt out' mentality when making changes to your products. Let us know when you have something new to offer and let us decide what we use and what is on our dashboard.
