View Latest Insights - how do I get it off Dashboard

Thanks for your feedback! Being able to customise what is/isn't visible on the dashboard is a great idea. I'd recommend posting this on the Ideas Exchange for other members of the community to vote and add weight to. Our product feedback loop ensures all your posts, votes and comments are seen by our product teams, helping shape future priorities. 

Thanks, Amanda. I realise I don't have to use it, but as a user I'm all for all Dashboard items being options you can have showing or not showing - keep the ones you really utilise, turn off the ones that aren't at all useful.

And given that the Insights can't be relied on to be accurate, as MYOB acknowledges, I'm even less interested.

Given that it's in beta stage still, fingers crossed it may become optional!

Thanks for your feedback. This feature is currently in beta and there isn’t an option to disable AI Business Insights at the moment. If you’d prefer not to use it, you can disregard the View Latest Insights banner, and it won’t impact your ability to use the product. All your reports and data will continue to function as normal. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific concerns about how the summaries are displayed, we're here to help!
