ATO error code: SBR.GEN.AUTH.008)

Hi There,

 

I have added the software ID under our RAN access manager, and some of the payrolls are getting accepted, however, others are still appearing rejected. and I don't know what else to do. I am getting same above mentioned error code.

    Hi HIMAM,

     

    Aside from entering your Software ID on your RAN access manager, it's best to check your ATO settings from the software. This is to ensure that the Software ID entered is correct. To check it, just follow the steps below:

     

    • Go to the Payroll menu and choose Single Touch Payroll reporting.
    • Click the ATO settings tab.
    • Note down your Software ID.
    • Notify the ATO you're using MYOB for payroll reporting.
