Can't create super payment
Yet another ridiculous MYOB issue....
I cannot create a super payment despite having been able to do so since the introduction of the service.
I click on Super Payments within the payroll menu and get taken to the super payments login screen. I enter my credentials and the details of past super payments are displayed but the following banned is displayed and can't create a new payment.
I go to the Pay Super Settings and the following is displayed.
I am the application owner, there is only one other user who hasn't got access to Super payments.
I've tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge, cleared the caches on all 3 without success.
Please have the courtesy to call or email rather than just using this ridiculous excuse for a support system.
