Can't run my payrol

I just went to set up my payrol and i can't get past the first screen, i get this error message.

Does anyone know what this is and if not how do i actually speak to someone at MYOB about essentials payrol in NZ

  • Our fix has been tested and released to the software now. You are all good to go.
    So sorry again for the delays today everyone and I hope you arent held up too much processing these payruns at the end of your day.

    Yeah, I think that'll be my plan too but I'm going to wait until the last possible moment. Murphy's Law I'll set up a payment and then the system will start working again.
