Cash Wage payment but electronic super payment

Hi
I am My Business Payroll only user. Currently I
set payment method as cash as I manually pay the employees. Set up Pay Super and nominated my bank account successfully a few days ago. When I created super payment of a batch, I select Electronic Clearing House (my bank account name doesn't appear in the Window). The payment status remains "Processing" for a few days. Checked individual item, the payment method is still cash and the bank account is Cheque Account. Don't know what the problems. Is it because MYOB doesn't accept cash wage payment and electronic super payment

    HI Ken_Wong

There should be no issues paying wages manually and super via Pay Super, they’re separate workflows, so cash wages won’t affect your super payment.

Once you authorise a super payment, it’ll sit on Processing while it goes through the clearing house. That’s usually 3–5 business days; in delays, it can take up to 10 business days.

If there’s been no debit yet, the batch likely hasn’t been authorised. You can open the payment and authorise it to kick things off.

If it’s been 5+ business days since the debit and it’s still stuck, email our Superannuation team with the payment reference, amount, and debit date so they can start a trace.
