I had already checked this, however, I realised after your message that the issue was in one of the pay items under deductions and was able to fix this. Again thank you for your help. I have finally now managed to get a pay run done. Next issue is working out why I wasn't able to pay directly from Myob - I have linked the account however I need bank code and direct entry user ID and don't know where I find these.

I'm happy to hear that you sorted out the pay items under deductions and completed a pay run successfully. For Australian banks, the bank code is usually the BSB number, which is a 6-digit number. The direct entry user ID is a unique identifier given by your bank for handling direct debits and credits. To get these details, you'll need to check your bank statements or contact your bank directly.
