Thanks for troubleshooting the MYOB Team App. Try removing the employee from the location and re-inviting them. Also, ensure they have the latest version of the MYOB Team app and that their phone's operating system is up to date. If they still can't access the app and keep receiving an error message, please reach out to our support team to check this further. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
