MYOB Page not loading

I work on a MAC and suddenly the app.myob.com page will not open at all. All I have is a blank screen. I can open it and log in successfully on my phone but not on my computer. Does anyone have any suggestions on why this would suddenly be happening? It’s been a few days since it started. I have cleared the cache and cookies and restarted the computer so far with no change. Thanks

  • I ended up downloading google chrome and I was then able to open the page.

    Hi Vicki_Elliott,

     

    If you recently updated your Mac OS, it might be the reason you can't open your file. The software can open the site with Mac OS versions from Catalina 10.12 to 10.15. If this is the case, I recommend accessing your file on another computer. If you are using one of the supported operating systems mentioned, you can reach out to support for further troubleshooting. You can do this by creating a ticket from the MyAccount window or using the live chat feature through MOCA.
