MYOB Pay Super not allowing salary sacrifice & additional super to be ticked

Good Afternoon,    I have a client who currently submits their super through the ATO Super Clearing House and would like to switch to MYOB Pay Super.  They are using MYOB Business online version.  ...

    Hey lmch-362370,

     

    When you’re looking into why those contributions can’t be ticked, make sure to check exactly where Salary Sacrifice (super) and Employee Additional Super were set up. They need to be added under the Superannuation tab in the employee’s card. If they’ve been set up correctly there and they still won’t let you tick them in the Pay Super screen, it’s best to reach out to our team so they can dig into what’s happening behind the scenes. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
