PAY DAY SUPER
I have two employees who I used employee self boarding in Payroll. They have the superannuation fund Hostplus Superannuation - Basic and the other member with CBus. However, when I go to pay their superannuation I get a message " This fund can no longer receive contributions using Pay Superannuation. Please edit the fund from the Superannuation Fund list window and select a valid Fund name for it".
I have checked all the fund details entered and also confirmed this information on super fund lookup.
MYOB Team - what do I need to do next in order to solve these issues and stay compliant to the new super Pay Day Super changes? I am calling MYOB support and have been waiting for help over the phone for 1 hours plus, no answer to my call except telling me to check out online resources.
