PAY DAY SUPER

I have two employees who I used employee self boarding in Payroll. They have the superannuation fund Hostplus Superannuation - Basic and the other member with CBus. However, when I go to pay their superannuation I get a message " This fund can no longer receive contributions using Pay Superannuation. Please edit the fund from the Superannuation Fund list window and select a valid Fund name for it". 

 

I have checked all the fund details entered and also confirmed this information on super fund lookup. 

 

MYOB Team - what do I need to do next in order to solve these issues and stay compliant to the new super Pay Day Super changes? I am calling MYOB support and have been waiting for help over the phone for 1 hours plus, no answer to my call except telling me to check out online resources.

    Hi trouble99,

     

    This usually comes up when the fund needs to be refreshed from the Superannuation funds list. We’ve seen a similar post where updating the super fund details, especially the ABN and USI, in Payroll Settings > Superannuation funds and then saving the fund fixed it for the customer. You can try the steps from this similar post here: Super payment issue - fund can no longer receive contributions.

     

    If you’ve already tried that and it’s still showing that the fund can no longer receive contributions, it’d be best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can take a closer look at the fund setup with you.
