Pay Items Errors
Hi,
There has been an issue since 19/10/2025 that occurs when entering hour of Pay Items.
When I enter the hours for some items, the extended amount appears in the window but after a second it simply disappears reverting to $0.00

If I re-enter the 4.00 hours again, 92.96 will again pop into the window the switches back to 0.00
We have 20 odd employees all with the same pay items added. After adding the hours, the calculated amount always flashes up but then jumps to $0.00
Each of these Pay Items are using the option "Regular rate multiplied by " and have factors such as 0.50 0.60 0.75 0.95 etc.
Our payroll setup has been unaltered for 6 odd years and this issue has just arisen in the last 2 weeks.
The only work around is to manually calculate the extended amount for each pay item and enter the figure by the keyboard.
With up to 30 different pay items for each employee, manual calculation and entry is completely unsatisfactory.
