Is there any way to archive/delete pay items that are years out of date? My pay item list has become extensive and I only use a handful of them now. How can I get rid of all the others from years past? There must be a way to hide them away somewhere. Can anyone help?

There isn't a way to hide/delete pay items that are out of date. Users have previously suggested the idea to mark pay items as inactive so they don't appear on the drop down list to select from as they can't be deleted. If this is a feature you'd like to see introduced, I'd recommend voting on the post.
