Pay Runs wont load

So I have read some posts from 7 months ago about Pay Runs not loading.   Our Pay Runs wont load, under any of our logins.   i have followed part of the conversation and deleted all browsing ...

    Hi SE6516,

     

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum!  

      

    If the Pay Run page is stuck on a spinning circle and shows the error message "We’re unable to load your content," it could be due to a corrupted draft pay run in the file. A suggested workaround would be going to the Create menu and choose Pay Run to load the Create Pay Run page. Then, go back to Payroll >> Pay Runs, and the page should now load.  

      

    If this doesn't resolve the issue, you'll need to get in touch with our support team for more help. You can create a support ticket via MyAccount or chat with our live chat agent through our virtual assistant MOCA.
