Using the electronic payments file to pay employees, when downloading bank file to upload to bank the downloaded file reads 0KB empty. Whats happened, how do you fix this system error

An empty bank file can stall things, but no worries, we’ll point you to a quick recreate and keep you moving. I'm not sure why the bank file came out empty from that download.
