Sorry to hear you're hitting that "Something went wrong, please try again or refresh the browser" message when trying to print your payroll reports. A couple of quick things you can try that usually do the trick:
- Give it a go in a different browser or try incognito/private mode
- Clear your browser cache and then jump back in
- If you can, try using a different device or another user login, just to see if it's an access-related hiccup
