Payroll Error Message

How do I correct the following error message received when I try to print payroll reports?

    Hi tassonpa,

     

    Sorry to hear you're hitting that "Something went wrong, please try again or refresh the browser" message when trying to print your payroll reports. A couple of quick things you can try that usually do the trick:

     

    • Give it a go in a different browser or try incognito/private mode
    • Clear your browser cache and then jump back in
    • If you can, try using a different device or another user login, just to see if it's an access-related hiccup
