Payroll problems - tried to use MYOB chat but was useless!

Hi, how do I delete a payrun that has not been sent to the ATO?  When I go into each individual employee, some allow me to delete (button at the bottom) but some only have a reverse button.  When I go into the STP section, it says that this batch has been unsent.  Why are some reverse and some delete options?

    Hey accounts123455,

     

    Thanks for sharing what’s happening with your pay runs. The reason why delete or reverse buttons are missing is because super has already been processed and shows as ‘completed’ for those pay runs. It'd be best to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. This way, they'll be able to check it and assist you.
