Payroll reports showing double amounts

After processing a pay run in MYOB Business Payroll, I noticed the following:

  • The Pay Runs page shows double the correct amounts.
  • All payroll reports also show double amounts.
  • Each employee's payslip contains two identical payslips for the same pay run.
  • However, the Pay Run Details and STP submission both show the correct amounts.

How can I fix this without affecting the correct STP submission?

    Review both payruns and check if you have the option to delete the payrun or reverse the payrun
    If reverse, this payrun has been lodged with the ATO
    If delete, the payrun has not been lodged, therefore it can be deleted.

    However, I don't believe there are two separate pay runs.

    When I open the Pay Runs list, there is only one pay run with the correct number of employees and the correct total amount. Opening that pay run also shows the correct employee amounts.

    The issue is that:

    • The Pay Run Details are correct.
    • The STP submission is correct.

    As there is only one pay run visible, I don't have a second pay run to compare, delete, or reverse.

    Could you please advise what else could be causing this issue?
