Hi TC1808,
Thanks for following up. I checked with the team, and they confirmed that an update was rolled out yesterday as Payday Super came into effect. Super payments should now be showing as paid.
Cheers,
Princess

Hi LucyMik I am the product manager for Pay Super, we will investigate why this super is showing unpaid on your pay run status. For now, use the status in Super Payments as your guide. We will circle back to you with what we uncover.
For others that may be following this thread, often seeing an unpaid status is by design. See this help article and extract below.
- A status of Unpaid means there’s super in the pay run that still needs to be paid or was paid outside of MYOB, like direct payments to SMSFs or via a different super clearing house. Click the Date of payment to open the pay run to check which employees this relates to.

I have the same problem, all my super is showing as paid in the super payments page & in the payrun itself, but in the payruns page it all shows as unpaid. When will this be fixed?

I had unpaid super from October as a payrun for 6emloyees was sitting as having zero balances, rather than all the information I entered into the payrun. I have made a late super payment and checked the Year To Date Verification Report with the payroll summary and payroll register report and the figures there are correct. Can I proceed with the STP EOFY Finalisation or is there something else I need to do first?

Ditto, mine that is all paid, has been paid every week like clockwork, is also still all showing as unpaid.

Kolandasimone you have nothing to worry about then. Use the Super Payments screen status to guide you.
We will see what is causing some people to see a stale status in the Pay Runs screen. I understand that this is a concern you don't need. You have done the right thing.
