There has been a fix. See:

Payruns page show unpaid Super for several months but is all paid on time, No unpaid Super | MYOB Community

If you have paid all your super via MYOB then you should not be seeing an unpaid status. Please PM us with details of your business if you have paid all super via MYOB and are still seeing unpaid.
