Thanks for explaining everything so clearly. These things can happen sometimes, and it sounds like it was just an honest mistake.
What our team told you about contacting your bank is really the best first step. Once a super payment has been authorised, there isn’t a way to stop it from within MYOB or your file. If the payment hasn’t been debited yet, your bank may be able to reject the direct debit. If it’s already been debited, the next step would be to contact the super fund directly to ask about a refund.
