STP EOFY Lodgement
Hi,
When I go to lodge my STP EOFY I have 2 staff members one has all the information the other has no Gross income amount but has the PAYG amount. Can someone please advise how to fix this ?

That’s a pretty odd little EOFY mismatch. A good first step is to check the payroll reports for that employee, especially the Payroll Register, Payroll Activity, and YTD Verification Report, just to confirm whether their gross figures are showing correctly from the pays themselves. If the gross figures are there in the reports, try sending an update event to refresh the figures, then reopen the EOFY Finalisation tab and check whether the gross amount is now showing properly for that employee.
