Hi, I would really appreciate some help on this topic. I have processed all the payrun for the 2025/2026 FY. However, all of these payruns have STP "not sent". I think I set up on the STP in MYOB after I had processed these payruns. How can I file STP on these payruns as I need to finalise the EOY STP for 2025/2026 and this keeps coming up as NIL as the payruns STP needs to be filed first. Thank you for your help :)

Sorry to hear your earlier pay runs aren’t showing in STP. Pay runs processed before STP was set up aren’t sent to the ATO as individual pay events, so you usually don’t need to recreate or reverse them. Instead, check your 2025/26 year-to-date payroll figures are correct, then go to Payroll > Single Touch Payroll reporting > Send update event. Once the update event shows as Accepted, return to EOFY finalisation and try again. The update event reports the employees’ current year-to-date totals, including those earlier pays.
If there were no accepted STP submissions at all for 2025/26, please check with your accountant or tax adviser before making changes, as reporting options for a previous financial year can differ.
