Thanks for your detailed response and my apologies for the late reply. To process a zero-dollar pay, please ensure that there is no termination date specified for the employee. This will allow you to send an update event to the ATO.
Regarding the update of the BMS ID for two income statements, this change will apply to the current payroll year and retroactively affect the previous year. To remove this information from the ATO system, you'll need to get in touch with the ATO directly.
