Super payment

Hi there

 

I cannot find details of this super fund company from the drop down menus in MYOB.

Future Super has changed their deails in May 2025. So that might not be reflected into MYOB list. Could you please look into this?

    Hey Jade79,

     

    Since you’re setting up the super fund, use Future Super as the fund name instead of Smart Future Trust. That’ll bring up the correct options, matching the ABN and USI you’re after. If the latest fund details still aren’t showing on our end, you can always reach out to our team for help, and you’ll find their email address via the support page link.

    Hi Doreen,

     

    After checking your advice, I've chosen Future Super with the correct ABN and USI, however, the below error keeps occurring. 

    How do I go about this? Thanks in advance,

    Hi Jade79,

     

    Thanks, a heap for the screenshot! "One or more super funds selected is inactive and can't accept payments" error usually means the super fund’s details might’ve changed or they’re not accepting payments at the moment. Best bet is to give Future Super a quick call to check if anything’s updated on their end or check their details using this link. Once you’ve got the right info, just pop up the new details following the steps here into MYOB and you’re good to go.

    Hi Shella

     

    Thanks for your suggestion. However, I checked the details of Future super from MYOB link you provided me and the most recent up to date information from Future Super matching. 

    The same error message occurs when I tried again today. 

     

    How do I go about this? Thanks for your help.
